Vanessa Nordstrom - F.Y.T. Health & Wellness (Find Your Tribe)
Vanessa is an Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code practitioner, a Usui Holy FireR Reiki Master, a Healy provider, and AO scanner/HUB provider, and a graduate with a bachelors of science focused on the environment and policy. Trauma release is her specialty via energy work.
She is in the process of obtaining her Applied Kinesiology Certification. Vanessa spent 18 years in the food industry and know the inner workings of our food system in the United States.
She is married with kids, and has 2 wonderful dogs. Spending all free time exploring, hiking, traveling, learning, running, playing soccer, and stand up paddle boarding. Vanessa has a constant drive to research and learn, adding to her practice.

Dr. Margaret Gavian holds a doctorate in Psychology, is a Usui Holy FireR Reiki Master, and passionate advocate for resilience, self-care, and well-being. With over 25 years experience in both the psychological and holistic health fields, her work is dedicated to supporting those who serve on the front lines - whether that's in the fire service, public safety, health professional, or those affected by extreme stress. Feeling stuck in a cycle of stress, tension, or frustration from traditional methods that haven't worked? Margaret's approach blends counseling, mind-body techniques, and energy health to go deeper-getting to the heart of what's really going emotionally and physically.
Laura Lulic-Timpane Hanstad - Bloom into Balance
Laura Hanstad (She/Her) is a Craniosacral Therapist/Dynamic Body Balancing facilitator, birth doula, Hypnobabies Childbirth Educator, lactation counselor (CLEC), Usui Holy FireR Reiki Master, and mother of six serving the Twin Cities metro area.
Laura trained in craniosacral therapy and myofascial unwinding with Dr. Carol Phillips' Dynamic Body Balancing, a rigorous 100-hour training program, plus has completed an additional 100 of training with Dr. Phillips, and is a Teaching Assistant for her in 2024. Laura has also studied with other healers in the area such as Angel Phillips Permaloff, Adrienne C Caldwell, Andrea Lindo, and more. She is also in the process of learning Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) through the Kinesiology Institute.
Adrienne C. Caldwell - One Body Education
Adrienne (They/Them) has been an educator for 30 years, working with children and adults. They have had the privilege to teach in special education, music, massage and bodywork, birth, and reflexology. Adrienne has been a professional bodyworker for 19 years, and has studied bodywork since they were 13 years old.
Recently Adrienne has earned the Usui Holy FireR Reiki Master certification, and is now certified as a teacher for Lauren Ohayan's Restore Your CoreR program. These two new additions join their certifications in professional therapeutic massage, chair massage, reflexology, orthopedic massage and bodywork, prenatal and postpartum massage and bodywork, a bachelor of arts and a bachelor of science, and good standing with the national reflexology certification board.
They have created courses for the general public, expectant families, and professionals in massage, bodywork, and birth. Their most recent offering is the One Body Community - a mentorship for advanced prenatal bodyworkers.
Soon, Adrienne will be doing hands-on bodywork again at Sunu Wellness Center! They are so excited to be serving the community again with their new tools, and new perspective of guiding people into their body, mind, and spirit.
